Returns and Exchanges
Short version: if it is unused and in its original packaging, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the item price. Shipping is not refunded. The one exception is an item personalized with your name, which is covered further down.
What qualifies
Unworn, unwashed, with the tags on and in the packaging it arrived in. Drinkware needs to be unused and unwashed too. Everything here is printed to order, so a shirt that has been worn for an afternoon is not one anyone can use again.
The 14 days run from the day the parcel is delivered, not the day you ordered.
How to start one
Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you are returning. We will reply with the address and confirm what to expect. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, because parcels that arrive unannounced are slow to match to an order.
Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it and you should say so in the email.
Refunds
We refund the item price to the original payment method once the parcel arrives and we have checked it. That is usually within two business days of delivery, and your bank then takes its own few days on top.
Original shipping is not refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping and a return takes the remaining order below the free shipping threshold, we do not retrospectively charge you for the postage.
Exchanges
The simplest way to change size or color is to return the original and place a new order. It is faster than a formal exchange and you are not waiting on our stock to line up with yours. If that is awkward for you, email us and we will work something out.
Wrong size
Gildan Softstyle runs closer to the body than a boxy heavyweight tee. If you are between sizes or usually wear a relaxed fit, size up. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure, because a question costs nothing and a return costs you postage.
Personalized items
A tumbler printed with your name is made for you and nobody else, so it is not returnable for a change of mind. Check the spelling on the product page before you add it to the cart, because that is the spelling we print.
This does not touch your rights when something is actually wrong. If the tumbler arrives damaged, the print is flawed, or we printed a name other than the one on your order, we replace it at our cost and the 14 day window does not apply.
Faulty or wrong items
If a print is flawed, a seam has gone, or we simply sent the wrong item, tell us and we will make it right at our cost, including return postage. The 14 day window does not apply to a genuine fault.
A note on color
Screens differ. Phones, laptops and monitors all render color differently and no two are calibrated the same way, so the shade on the product page will not match the item exactly. Heather colors in particular look flatter on screen than in the hand, and a full color print on curved stainless shifts again under warm indoor light. A color that is not quite what you pictured is a normal return under the policy above, but if the exact shade matters, ask us first and we will describe it honestly.
Lessons, trips and gift cards
This page covers physical goods only. Lesson and trip bookings run under the booking terms, which handle deposits, weather and cancellations separately, because moving a coached day is a different problem from returning a shirt.
